This policy describes how Hygge processes your personal data when you contact us or send a request through the website.
Data controller

What we collect
When you fill in a form we store the details you provide, such as name, email, phone number, company, and your message, along with any optional fields like date and number of people.
Why we process it
We use the details only to answer your request, confirm a booking, and communicate with you about it.
Legal basis
Processing is carried out to handle your request, as a legitimate interest and as steps taken at your request prior to a contract.
How long we keep it
We keep the details for as long as needed to handle your request and any booking, and delete them afterwards.
Cookies, statistics and ad measurement
We ask for your consent before we measure visits. If you accept, we use Google Analytics for visitor statistics and Meta's pixel and Conversions API to measure ads, and we store in your browser for up to 90 days which site, link or ad you came from. If you submit a form, a hashed version of your email and phone number is then also sent to Meta for ad measurement. If you decline, no pixel is loaded, nothing is stored in your browser and Google Analytics only receives anonymous signals without cookies. Whatever you choose, the link you arrived through during the same visit is included with your enquiry, so that we know how you found us. You can change your choice at any time via Cookie settings at the bottom of the page.
Who handles the data
Requests are sent as email to our booking inbox. To send the email we use Amazon Web Services (SES) as a data processor. We never sell your data.
Your rights
You have the right to request a copy of your data, have it corrected or erased, and to object to the processing. Contact bokahygge@snowoak.io. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
