What we collect
When you fill in a form we store the details you provide, such as name, email, phone number, company, and your message, along with any optional fields like date and number of people.
Why we process it
We use the details only to answer your request, confirm a booking, and communicate with you about it.
Legal basis
Processing is carried out to handle your request, as a legitimate interest and as steps taken at your request prior to a contract.
How long we keep it
We keep the details for as long as needed to handle your request and any booking, and delete them afterwards.
Who handles the data
Requests are sent as email to our booking inbox. To send the email we use Amazon Web Services (SES) as a data processor. We never sell your data.
Your rights
You have the right to request a copy of your data, have it corrected or erased, and to object to the processing. Contact bokahygge@snowoak.io. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
